This was inspired by "Cat" from South Dakota. She made the original animation from a tutorial for Paint Shop Pro/Animation Shop, and was wondering how to do that in PhotoImpact. A bunch of us at the PhotoImpact International board and I redid the "breathing" effect with our own methods.

This one is my version of it. The cat in the picture is Cat's.
