This combines two animations - a basic neon banner text with the ring animations.

The text ring was made with Paint Shop Pro. It was animated with GA 5 by duplicating it several times, and using the Rotate function of the Transform tool. The "2" in the middle is banner text that was added to it.

Note that when combining animations like this, you must make sure they both have the same number of frames, or that one has twice the frames as the other. If you don't, then things won't look quite right.
