There are just a few simple rules I'd like you to follow before contacting me...

I welcome most questions on Ulead GIF Animator 5, but you are expected to have explored this website for possible answers before emailing me.

Letting me know about broken links on this site is appreciated.

Before emailing me to include a link to your or your company's website, be sure it's content is actually relevant to the content on this site, and would be of interest to my visitors. This site is far from the busiest on the internet, so don't expect a windfall of visits if I do add a link. Maybe consider other places to promote your site if you're looking to generate visitors and revenue.

Do not email me to try selling me anything, be it app development services, SEO services, or anything else. I'm not buying, and you'll end up in my spam filter.

I do not take requests to create animations, unless you are willing to pay for my time and effort. I don't work cheap. Ulead GIF Animator 5 is available on my Downloads page. Feel free to download it, read all the tutorials on this site, and make your own animation. If you still need advice, then you can email me.

To those who are silly enough to send emails with malware attachments and other crap, rest assured these are passed along to security professionals who specialize in malware analysis. :) You apparently missed the fact I work in IT, and computer security is a big area of interest to me.
